Our Commitment:
We are committed to providing quality firearms
and friendly service. We have a selection of new and used firearms and our inventory is changing daily.
With the current high demand for some firearms, we are limited on stock items, so please call us or
email us to reserve any firearm that you wish to purchase. We only warranty new firearms that come
through our Davidson’s distributor with a lifetime warranty. Other new firearms are only warrantied by
the manufacturer, so please read the details of the firearm you intend on purchasing. There is no
warranty on any used firearms; however, some manufacturers will warranty their firearms for life. If
you have a question, please fill out the form on our contact page or leave us a phone message and we will return your call as soon
as possible.
Payment:
We accept, USPS money orders, personal checks, and Visa/Mastercard. The prices listed are
CASH prices. If paying by credit card, please add 3% to the total of the purchased amount. Personal
checks have a 10 business day waiting period to ensure they clear the bank before merchandise is
shipped. Credit card purchases can be made by phone (Credit Cards are taken over the phone only) and will ship immediately. Sales tax of 6.9% is
collected for Colorado purchases (in Archuleta County). Local purchases can be picked up at our facility by appointment only.
Our store hours are Monday through Friday 10:00AM to 4:00PM.
Shipping:
All firearms MUST be shipped to a current Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in order to be
transferred to the buyer as required by law. The receiving FFL must provide a copy of a current license
to us in order to ship out any firearm. Please know the laws in your state. No international sales or
sales to AK, HI and CA. Shipping includes: actual packaging costs + shipping costs and insurance. Shipping is done via UPS or FedEx.
Returns:
Davidson’s lifetime warranty firearms are returnable for warrantied issues. All other firearms
must be returned to the manufacturer for possible issues. Used firearms carry no warranty, unless
provided by the manufacturer.
Inspection:
We highly recommend that buyers inspect used firearms, so they can see exactly what they
are purchasing. Inspections can be done at our facility by appointment only. We can also send photos
of firearms at the customer’s request. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
A Final Note:
We will strive to keep current firearms available and
purchased firearms marked "SOLD" or removed from our website once they have sold. If you are interested in a firearm not listed, please email a description to us and we
will be happy to attempt to locate it. We also have some new & used firearms not yet listed, so please feel free
to email us with your request.
